The VETLIS® Brucella Glyco-iELISA Bovine kit is an ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit specially designed for the detection of specific IgG antibodies against the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) O-polysaccharide of Brucella abortus, Brucella melitensis, and Brucella suis in bovine serum and milk samples. Incorporating our exclusive GlycoEng technology, the kit shows an excellent diagnostic performance, minimizing cross-reactivity with other gram-negative bacteria, and is the first indirect ELISA which differentiates naturally infected animals from those vaccinated with the S19 strain.
